Integration · HubSpot + Telegram

HubSpot alerts in Telegram. New leads, the moment they land.

A new enquiry, a deal moving stage or a task falling due arrives in a Telegram chat or group, and the team can look up a contact or a deal by typing its name. We build the bot and its connection to your HubSpot.

Is this the right service?
  • HubSpot CRM
  • Telegram Bot API
  • Lead alerts
  • Webhooks
How the connection works
  1. HubSpot

A contact is created or a deal changes stage.

  2. Telegram bot

Checks the rule, writes a short alert and knows who is asking.

  3. Your team

The alert lands in a chat or a group, with a link back to the record.

Telegram bots are free. HubSpot sets the API limits.

01 / Is this the one

Is this the connection you need?

It suits a sales team that lives in Telegram and misses HubSpot notifications.

The right choice when

  • Leads go cold because nobody saw them for hours.
  • Your team already talks in Telegram groups.
  • You want different alerts for different people, by pipeline or owner.

Look elsewhere when

  • Your team works in Slack or Teams. HubSpot's own apps cover those.
  • You need customers to reach you on Telegram. That is a support bot, a different build.
  • Alerts would be noise: a handful of leads a month needs no bot.

02 / What the work covers

What the work covers.

One bot, a few rules to start, and lookups added as the team asks for them.

  1. 01

    Alert rules

Which events, which pipelines, who gets them and how they are worded.

  2. 02

    HubSpot access

A private app with only the scopes the bot needs, and webhooks for the events.

  3. 03

    The bot

A Telegram bot that knows each team member, so lookups respect HubSpot permissions.

  4. 04

    Log and handover

Every alert logged. Code, bot and hosting handed to you.

03 / Limits and risks

Where it can go wrong.

A bot cannot write first

A Telegram bot can only message people who have opened a chat with it, so each person taps Start once.

HubSpot's plan decides what is possible

API access, call limits and some data depend on the HubSpot plan you are on. We check yours before quoting, so the limit is found on the first call and not after launch.

Groups need care

Anyone added to a Telegram group sees what the bot posts there. Keep sensitive alerts in one-to-one chats.

04 / What we can show

Telegram delivery, in our own products.

ZeroDelay.si connects business software to WhatsApp, Telegram and the web, so a team asks and gets answers, and staff send updates that wait for approval. Its HubSpot connection is built and tested by our team. FocusPulse, our market-news product, already delivers its briefings on Telegram.

What this does not show

A client project. ZeroDelay.si is in early access, and we have no published client case study of this integration.

A little clarity

Before connecting HubSpot to Telegram.

Can we see it working?

Yes. This connection is built and tested by our team, and we can demo it for you on a free call before you decide anything.

Can the team update HubSpot from Telegram?

Yes, for simple changes such as moving a deal or adding a note, added one at a time. Each one is checked against the person's HubSpot permissions.

Does it work with the free HubSpot CRM?

Mostly. Some events and data need a paid HubSpot plan; we check yours before quoting.

Is there not an app for this already?

Sometimes there is, and if a vendor's own app or a no-code tool does what you need, use it: it is cheaper. A built connection earns its place when the rules are yours, such as which records go, who sees what, what happens when the two systems disagree, or when the volume makes per-task pricing expensive.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many alert rules and lookups you start with. First releases at NSDBytes start from $5,000. The project cost estimator gives a range, and a fixed quote follows a free scoping call. Charges from the services themselves, such as WhatsApp messages, API plans and hosting, are billed by those providers and are separate.

Who owns the connection once it is built?

You do. The code, the server it runs on and the accounts with each provider are yours once the final invoice is paid. We can run and maintain it afterwards if you want, but you are never locked in.
