The right choice when
- No-shows and unanswered quotes cost you deals.
- Your sales team already chats on WhatsApp, but nothing reaches the CRM.
- You need your own rules for who is messaged, when, and by whom.
Integration · HubSpot + WhatsApp
Meeting reminders, quote follow-ups and replies on WhatsApp, triggered from HubSpot and saved back to the contact's timeline, so the CRM still shows the whole conversation.
A meeting is booked, a quote is sent or a deal goes quiet.
Sends the approved template and writes the message to the contact's timeline.
The contact gets it, and their reply comes back into HubSpot.
Only contacts who agreed to WhatsApp are messaged.
01 / Is this the one
It suits a team whose prospects answer WhatsApp, not email.
02 / What the work covers
One or two triggers to start, with replies coming back into HubSpot.
Which HubSpot events send which template, and when a person takes over.
A WhatsApp Business Platform number and the templates Meta must approve.
Each sent message and each reply written to the contact's timeline.
The consent record, a log of every message, and the code and accounts handed to you.
03 / Limits and risks
A message the business sends first must use a template Meta has approved, and Meta charges for most of them. Replies within 24 hours of the customer's last message are free-form.
API access, call limits and some data depend on the HubSpot plan you are on. We check yours before quoting, so the limit is found on the first call and not after launch.
Messages sent from a salesperson's own WhatsApp cannot be logged automatically. The connection uses one business number.
04 / What we can show
ZeroDelay.si connects business software to WhatsApp, Telegram and the web, so a team asks and gets answers, and staff send updates that wait for approval. Its HubSpot connection is built and tested by our team. FocusPulse, our market-news product, already delivers its briefings on Telegram.
A client project. ZeroDelay.si is in early access, and we have no published client case study of this integration.
05 / What to do next
The first step is a free scoping call about the follow-ups your team sends by hand today. A written estimate follows.
A price range for your build in four steps.
Answers in a conversation, on your channels.
Order, dispatch and delivery updates on WhatsApp.
A sheet's figures sent as a daily WhatsApp report.
Every connection we build.
A little clarity
Yes. This connection is built and tested by our team, and we can demo it for you on a free call before you decide anything.
Yes. The number belongs to the business, and replies are routed to the contact's owner in HubSpot.
Meta charges per message for most templates a business sends first, at rates that depend on the country and the kind of message. Those charges are Meta's, paid to Meta or to the provider of your number.
Sometimes there is, and if a vendor's own app or a no-code tool does what you need, use it: it is cheaper. A built connection earns its place when the rules are yours, such as which records go, who sees what, what happens when the two systems disagree, or when the volume makes per-task pricing expensive.
It depends on how many triggers you start with. First releases at NSDBytes start from $5,000. The project cost estimator gives a range, and a fixed quote follows a free scoping call. Charges from the services themselves, such as WhatsApp messages, API plans and hosting, are billed by those providers and are separate.
You do. The code, the server it runs on and the accounts with each provider are yours once the final invoice is paid. We can run and maintain it afterwards if you want, but you are never locked in.
Start wherever you are
We'll show you which ones can go out on their own and how replies get back to HubSpot.
