Guest journeys and hotel workflows designed around the property, the people running it and the systems already in place.

Figures as of September 2026. The rollout began in January 2026 and continues property by property.
01 / Live rollout
MKL Hospitality Group is introducing GMS across ten hotels, inns and motels in North Carolina and Virginia.

“A standard check-in requires a dozen distinct data points. GMS instantly pre-populates existing guest profiles in milliseconds, prompting guests only for what’s missing. Back-office workflows are just as streamlined: verifying guest IDs and signatures for refunds used to be a tedious search—now it’s a single click.”
02 / Operational scope
A polished guest screen is only useful when the underlying staff, data and integration workflows hold together.
Registration, verification and guest communication before the lobby.
Mobile check-in, kiosks and room-access workflows around the property’s operating model.
Staff tasks, housekeeping coordination, feedback and cross-property visibility.
PMS, payments, OTA and other integrations introduced without casually replacing what already works.
03 / Pricing
One fixed price per hotel, whatever your room count. You own the system.

A little clarity
Not necessarily. The MKL rollout places GMS alongside SkyTouch. The right approach depends on the property’s systems, integration access and operational goals.
Yes. A staged rollout can reduce operational disruption and create room to learn before the next property changes over.
Yes. Hospitality work can include guest registration and check-in as well as staff tasks, property operations and management visibility.
Security, access control, data flows and third-party responsibilities need to be defined during discovery. Compliance claims should follow the actual architecture and providers selected for the project.
