The right choice when
- Someone types Shopify orders into Tally by hand.
- Payouts never match the orders because of fees and refunds.
- You sell into many states and the GST split takes hours.
Integration · Shopify + TallyPrime
Shopify orders, refunds and payment-gateway payouts posted to TallyPrime as vouchers, with GST split by rate and state, so your accountant stops typing orders in and starts checking them.
Orders, refunds and payouts, as they happen.
Maps products, taxes and customers to your Tally masters and builds the vouchers.
Vouchers arrive for your accountant to review, then post.
Your accountant approves before anything is posted.
01 / Is this the one
It suits an Indian store on Shopify whose books are in Tally.
02 / What the work covers
Sales vouchers first, then refunds, then payout matching.
Ledgers, stock items, tax rates and how a refund or a discount is booked.
A custom app with read access to orders and payouts.
Vouchers built through Tally's own interface, held for review before they post.
A daily list of what did not match, and the code and documentation handed to you.
03 / Limits and risks
Tally's data interface runs on the computer or server where Tally runs. That machine has to be on and connected, or a small agent beside it copies the data out on a schedule.
A product renamed in one, an invoice deleted in the other, a tax rate changed mid-year. We agree with you which system wins, and a sync that fails is logged and retried, never skipped quietly.
We build what your accountant specifies for GST and returns. The connector does not decide how a transaction is taxed.
04 / What to do next
The first step is a free scoping call about your store, your Tally set-up and how orders are booked today. A written estimate follows.
A price range for your build in four steps.
Software built around how you work.
PDF and emailed bills read by AI, checked, then posted.
Store orders as invoices and payments in Zoho Books.
Every connection we build.
A little clarity
Yes. This connection is built and tested by our team, and we can demo it for you on a free call before you decide anything.
Yes. COD orders are booked against the courier or the collection account your accountant chooses, and matched when the remittance arrives.
It is listed in the daily exceptions with the reason, such as a new product with no Tally stock item, and posted once it is fixed. Nothing is skipped quietly.
Sometimes there is, and if a vendor's own app or a no-code tool does what you need, use it: it is cheaper. A built connection earns its place when the rules are yours, such as which records go, who sees what, what happens when the two systems disagree, or when the volume makes per-task pricing expensive.
It depends on your order volume, the number of tax cases and whether payouts are matched. First releases at NSDBytes start from $5,000. The project cost estimator gives a range, and a fixed quote follows a free scoping call. Charges from the services themselves, such as WhatsApp messages, API plans and hosting, are billed by those providers and are separate.
You do. The code, the server it runs on and the accounts with each provider are yours once the final invoice is paid. We can run and maintain it afterwards if you want, but you are never locked in.
