The right choice when
- Bills sit in an inbox until month end.
- The same suppliers send the same layouts every month.
- Your accountant wants to check, not type.
Integration · Invoices + TallyPrime
Bills that arrive as PDFs, photos or emails are read by an AI model, matched to the supplier and items in TallyPrime, and placed in a review queue. Your accountant checks each one and posts it with a click.
By email, WhatsApp or upload, as PDFs or photos.
A model reads the bill; rules check GSTIN, totals and duplicates.
Your accountant reviews the draft and posts it.
Nothing posts without a person approving it.
01 / Is this the one
It suits a business that books dozens of supplier bills a week by hand.
02 / What the work covers
Your most common suppliers first, then the long tail.
A month of real bills, so the reading is tested on your layouts, not on a demo.
Extraction by an AI model, plus rules for totals, tax numbers and duplicates.
A simple screen to check, correct and approve each draft.
Approved bills posted through Tally's interface. Code and documentation handed over.
03 / Limits and risks
Blurred photos, handwritten notes and unusual layouts get misread. The checks catch most of it and the review catches the rest; that is why the review is not optional.
Tally's data interface runs on the computer or server where Tally runs. That machine has to be on and connected, or a small agent beside it copies the data out on a schedule.
Each bill read by an AI model has a small charge from the model provider, paid by you, and visible per bill in the log.
04 / What to do next
The first step is a free scoping call about a sample of your bills and how they are booked today. A written estimate follows.
A price range for your build in four steps.
One product, one or two AI features.
Store orders as invoices and payments in Zoho Books.
Stock, prices and orders kept in step.
Every connection we build.
A little clarity
Yes. This connection is built and tested by our team, and we can demo it for you on a free call before you decide anything.
It depends on your bills, which is why we test on a month of your own before quoting a result. We publish no accuracy figure, because a figure measured on someone else's invoices tells you nothing about yours.
On a server you own, for as long as your records policy says. The AI provider receives each bill to read it. Commercial AI APIs, such as Anthropic's, do not use that data to train models by default, and we confirm the terms of the one we use with you.
Yes. The reading and review are the same; only the last step, posting, changes.
It depends on the number of suppliers and layouts and on your monthly volume. First releases at NSDBytes start from $5,000. The project cost estimator gives a range, and a fixed quote follows a free scoping call. Charges from the services themselves, such as WhatsApp messages, API plans and hosting, are billed by those providers and are separate.
You do. The code, the server it runs on and the accounts with each provider are yours once the final invoice is paid. We can run and maintain it afterwards if you want, but you are never locked in.
Start wherever you are
We'll test the reading on them and show you what the review queue would look like.
