Learning and support in one journeyBy NSDBytes

01 / Product evidence

One discovery experience for learners, families and educators.

A discovery platform we built connected education providers, workshops and activities through a mobile product designed for different participant journeys.

Education discovery platform · client delivery

Three roles, one place to begin.

Separate journeys for learners, families and educators, across iOS, Android and a web back office. Delivered in 14 months.

02 / Learning ecosystem

Design the learning journey and the operation behind it together.

A polished learner interface cannot compensate for unclear content ownership, disconnected educator work or fragile programme administration.

02

Learning experience

Organise content, activities, feedback and live or asynchronous participation around a clear learning journey.

03

Educator workflow

Support planning, review, communication and intervention without adding another disconnected administrative task.

04

Programme operations

Connect cohorts, schedules, permissions, payments, reporting and content ownership behind the experience.

A little clarity

Before an education product begins.

Can you build an LMS, learning marketplace or student portal?

Yes. The right structure depends on the learning model, content ownership, participant roles, reporting needs and systems already used by the organisation.

How do you approach accessibility?

Accessibility is included in interaction, content and testing decisions from the start. The required standard and audience should be agreed explicitly, then verified with automated and manual checks.

Can AI personalise learning or provide feedback?

It can support recommendations, practice or draft feedback when the educational purpose, source material, limitations and educator oversight are clear. It should not be assumed to understand a learner or replace qualified judgement.

How is learner data handled?

The product should minimise data, separate role permissions, define retention and make consent or guardian involvement explicit where applicable. The organisation’s legal and safeguarding advisers must confirm its obligations.
