01 / Product context

The system behind the interface.

Understand the operating problem, the product approach and the responsibilities brought together behind the final screens.

The operating challenge

Agricultural distribution spans farmers, agri-input centres, suppliers and internal teams that may otherwise coordinate through fragmented calls, paper and separate records. Each group needs different actions without losing the shared commercial context.

The product approach

The product was divided by responsibility rather than device alone. Farmers receive information and a route to purchase, Galaxy Partners handle business transactions, and UNIVIA staff coordinate both sides from a dedicated operational back office.

02 / Delivered scope

One product, separated into understandable responsibilities.

The delivered capabilities are grouped by the people, decisions and workflows each part of the product supports.

01

UFA / Farmer journey

Product information, agricultural knowledge and a route for farmers to purchase agri-inputs.

02

UGA / Partner journey

Business-to-business transactions between UNIVIA and its Galaxy Partners.

03

UBO / Operational control

A staff back office for managing and coordinating the farmer and partner products.

04

Connected product system

Mobile and administrative experiences share one network while keeping each role’s work focused.

03 / Product evidence

Role-specific interfaces inside one supply-chain product.

The available artwork demonstrates mobile participation and an administrative view without requiring every user to navigate the complete platform.

In their words

“We set out to solve a deep supply-chain void in rural communities where standard operating models didn’t exist. Building UNIVIA from the ground up allowed us to bridge the last-mile gap, scaling from zero to supporting thousands of farming families across our rural partner network.”

UNIVIA

Build from real context

Connect the participants without flattening their responsibilities.

We’ll help define the smallest credible product scope, the systems it must connect and the evidence needed to operate it responsibly.
