Reconciliation^. Catch what booking sites under-charge and over-bill.

Reconciliation^ checks a hotel's bookings against what the booking sites charged and billed, and flags each difference with the money at stake. It only reports: it never changes a booking, a folio or a statement. It is included with GMS, or available on its own, and is in early access.

The main features include: Virtual cards checked against the folio: under-charged, over-charged or never charged, Warning before a virtual card expires uncharged, Commission checked against the stay: cancelled and no-show bookings, extra nights, extra revenue, Commission rate checked against the rate you agreed, Commission billed twice, Booking-site-collected bookings that were also paid by the guest, Reports only: nothing in your PMS or statements is changed, A check it could not run is listed as not checked, never as passed, Included with GMS, or on its own.

Reconciliation^ runs on Node.js. Its checks are written to work from any PMS, channel manager or statement layout, which connectors and statement readers turn into one shape.
