1. Software Development & IT Services
For custom software development, mobile application development, IT consulting, and other professional services, refunds are generally not provided once a project has commenced and resources have been allocated. Payments made for completed milestones or phases are non-refundable.
2. Cancellations
If you decide to cancel a project before any work has started, a full refund may be issued, subject to a deduction for any transaction fees or initial consultation charges incurred by NSDBytes. If a project is cancelled after commencement, you will be billed for the hours worked and resources utilized up to the date of cancellation.
3. Subscriptions & Maintenance Services
For ongoing maintenance or subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as a major breach of our service agreement or an inability to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen technical limitations on our end. Any such refunds will be at the sole discretion of NSDBytes management.
5. Process for Requesting a Refund
