Clients engaging NSDbytes' services are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of the agreed-upon services. Timely provision of required resources, access, and approvals is essential for project timelines.
Payment terms and amounts will be detailed in the service agreement between NSDbytes and the client. Invoices shall be paid within the agreed-upon timeframe. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
NSDbytes respects the confidentiality of client information and data. All parties agree not to disclose sensitive information obtained during the engagement to any third party without prior written consent.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, NSDbytes retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the services provided. Clients may be granted a license to use specific deliverables as outlined in the service agreement.
NSDbytes shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party reserves the right to terminate services with a written notice period as outlined in the service agreement. Termination does not relieve the client of any financial obligations incurred before the termination date.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
NSDbytes reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
